The author explains the single key that makes us either remember or forget something. He tells us if we haven't noticed for example that there are things we never, ever forget. So, if we never forget some things, whatever our age, there must be a reason for it. Why not apply it to everything. The book gives us the key to memorizing and not forgetting, as well as many methods, among which, a magic method that enables to remember anything and everything, whatever its size, forever.

He gets right to the point with recommendations and exercises for improving your ability to remember information. But beware. You will need to spend lots of hours practicing how to remember names, numbers, lists of information, etc. No doubt the exercises work, but I doubt that most of us will invest the time to master the exercises. You will need to prioritize these exercises to invest the time. Now this is funny. Halfway through the book the author provides some information to help you prioritize your work. He says if you learn nothing else from the book but this process, you will have received your money's worth. I agree! Even though the process shows you how to prioritize, and not necessarily how to remember information, the process is valuable!
