Steele I have been consulting on high-speed communication issue for 20 years and Mr Pilot cuts through the clutter to the real issues. The lack of national leadership and adequate funding have hobbled America's high-speed communication infrastructure. The nation would be wise to follow his recommendations. Highly recommended!
